Hi, I’m Peace— an executive coach, public speaker, and conflict resolution strategist who's passionate about bringing restoration to a divided world.
From personal differences to everyday misunderstandings, online platforms have trained us to argue well and communicate ineffectively.
In 2017, I moved into my new Philly neighborhood in the height of nationwide political wars. I wanted to do something that would interrupt the noise. So I began inviting diverse strangers to dinner. “Bring a dish, bring an anonymous question, let’s talk,” I told them. “Let’s have Dinner and Discussion.”

What began as a social experiment evolved into a restorative model—where tension and miscommunication gave way to productive dialogue and mutual respect.

After countless nights of setting the table, I gradually refined the art of cultivating trust, navigating tension, and curating communication that moves relationships toward clarity and reconciliation. And I grew a conviction that this approach could transform connection—not just around the dinner table, but in every sector of society.
