What is Team Harmony Training?

Every year, dozens of diverse camp counselors arrive in one place with just hours to figure out how to live, lead and work well together in close quarters.

Today's screen-heavy culture has led to a gradual weakening of the everyday social skills that make teamwork natural. And a divided social climate has made unity more challenging than ever.

Aligning counselors around one shared purpose takes intentionality and experience.

Team Harmony Training is an interactive learning experience that will equip your camp staff to do just that. Through practical tools and engaging activities, counselors will hone the social skills needed for:

  • Effective & confidant communication

  • Direct peer-to peer conflict resolution

  • Emotional regulation under pressure

  • Stronger collaboration accross differences

  • Appropriate escalation protocols and leadership engagement

  • Increased professional judgment in staff interactions

So that their energy stays centered where it matters most: on the campers.

Our Approach

Our interactive training uses The Better Method™—a behavioral science-backed framework that boosts relational cohesion and self-motivation by focusing on 6 key areas:
