Employee Coaching
Reviews
Working with Peace gave me a fresh take on how to build stronger, more connected teams. She has a real knack for illuminating the human side of leadership - the trust, vulnerability, and shared purpose that make teams click. I came away with a concrete set of practices and frameworks I could put to work right away and I've already seen a noticeable uptick in the openness and engagement on the teams I coach. Peace has a way of sharing insights that stick with you and gradually reshape how you show up as a leader.

What Are Employee Coaching Reviews?
Employee Coaching Reviews are structured, twice-yearly team check-ins designed to support employee growth, strengthen alignment, and sustain a healthy workplace culture. Rather than focusing solely on performance, these sessions create space for honest reflection, meaningful feedback, and forward-looking development. Each review helps employees better understand their strengths, identify growth areas, and reconnect to their role and impact—while equipping leadership with the insight needed to lead more effectively and cultivate a team that thrives.
STEP 1
Leadership Alignment Call

STEP 2
Employee Self-Evaluations
Facilitate written employee self-evaluations to identify strengths, areas for improvement, relational challenges, and opportunities for professional growth.
STEP 3
Individual Coaching Sessions
One-hour one-on-one sessions with each employee to review their self-evaluation, thoughtfully address areas identified by the supervisor, and set goals for the next review cycle.
STEP 4
Supervisor Debrief
A dedicated debrief with leadership, including a written report with coaching insights on each employee, to discuss key patterns, relational dynamics, and next steps for continued growth.
