Meet Your Coach
Peace Ike is an executive coach, culture strategist, speaker and the Founder of Set The Table, an organization working to foster relational health and societal transformation in both secular and faith-based spaces.
Born to Nigerian immigrants, Peace’s early experience as a cross-culture kid planted the seeds for her future bridge-building work. After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, she spent 15 years repairing broken bodies—only to discover her deeper calling: repairing broken bonds.
In 2018, she launched her nonprofit, The Gathering Place Philly, a community engagement initiative promoting healthy city-wide flourishing through ministry, constructive dialogue, and the arts.
Soon after—in the height of nationwide political wars, she introduced its flagship program, Dinner & Discussion, gathering strangers from different races and political perspectives around the table to break bread and break barriers. What began as a social experiment evolved into a restorative model, demonstrating the power of intentional presence to turn tension into trust and release reconciliation.
This approach has since extended far beyond the dinner table, transforming the way people connect across every sector of society.
Today, she leads Set The Table, equipping leaders, work teams, and communities to cultivate trust and engage culture with wisdom, grace, and confidence.
