Peace Ike is a culture strategist, relational dynamics consultant, dialogue facilitator, and speaker who helps organizations strengthen communication, build trust, and develop the relational capacity that healthy cultures depend on. Her work is informed by specialized training in Conflict Management through the University of California and Culture-Driven Team Building through the University of Pennsylvania, while drawing from research in emotional intelligence, communication, neuroscience, and adult learning.

After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, Peace practiced physical therapy for more than a decade, where she developed a deep appreciation for the role relationships, communication, and trust play in helping people grow and change. She later transitioned into culture strategy and organizational consulting, bringing those same relational principles into organizations.

In 2018, she founded The Gathering Place Philly, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering healthier relationships across communities through dialogue, outreach, and civic engagement. What began as a grassroots bridge-building movement became a living laboratory for understanding how trust is built, conflict is navigated, and meaningful connection is restored.

Over the next seven years, Peace designed and facilitated dialogue experiences that brought together people from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences. Those years of real-world facilitation became the testing ground for many of the relational frameworks she now teaches in organizations.

Peace went on to earn her Executive Coaching Certification through the Center for Executive Coaching before founding Set The Table Strategies, where she now helps organizations strengthen communication, build trust, and develop healthier workplace cultures through practical relational strategies.

Alongside her organizational work, Peace continues to facilitate dialogue across lines of difference and is the creator of Unoffendable Life—a movement dedicated to helping people navigate difficult conversations, engage cultural tensions with wisdom, and pursue healthier relationships.
