The Power of Presence is a two-hour interactive workshop that supports youth leaders in showing up with greater authenticity, consistency, and intention. Through engaging breakout sessions, participants don’t just learn—they actively engage the 4 Pillars of Intentional Presence, equipping them to build trust, deepen connection, and create meaningful impact in the lives of the young people they serve. Through this experience, youth leader will:

• Understand the unique challenges facing a distracted, digitally saturated, and identity-seeking generation

• Learn and apply the 4 Pillars of Intentional Presence in your everyday work with youth

• Engage in guided breakout sessions that challenge you to reflect on and reimagine how you show up in your current context

• Leave with renewed clarity to move forward with greater intention, influence, and impact in shaping the future of the young people you serve
